What was incorrect: A clear description of the original error.
What changed: The corrected information and where it appears.
When corrected: The exact calendar date of the change.
Minor spelling, grammar, or formatting fixes that do not change meaning may be corrected without a notice. Send correction requests through the contact page and include the article URL and supporting source.
